Return & Refunds

I'm unable to offer refunds on personalised items unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you would like a refund on an item that is not personalised, the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in the same condition as you received it.

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email info@thebrushletteringclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
